You can choose  Half-Board, or All-Inclusive packages.

The Half Board package includes two meals per day.

• Breakfast: An extensive American-style buffet served at the “Olive” Main Restaurant.
• Dinner: A full buffet dinner featuring international cuisine and theme nights, also served at the “Olive” Main Restaurant.

Drinks and beverages are not included during dinner and must be purchased separately.

The All-Inclusive includes the following services :

• Breakfast – Lunch & Dinner with drinks, at the “Olive” main restaurant
• Drinks at the bars
• Snacks during the day

Our all-inclusive package includes a selection of branded alcoholic drinks, long drinks, cocktails/ signature cocktails ( certain international spirits Brands ) in every Bar of the Hotel. However, Bottled wines and drinks  from special labels incur an additional charge that clients must pay.

There are multiple pools, including 2 outdoor main freshwater pools for all guests, 1 heated indoor pool in the Spa, and 2 sharing pools exclusive to specific type bungalow sea view sharing pool.

The private pool in the Luxury Suite Seafront private pool can be heated upon request for an additional cost to a temperature of up to 24 °C ( max temperature 24 °C depending always on the weather conditions)

Yes, you can request an early check-in, but it is subject to availability on arrival day.

All resort facilities and services are available for your use from the moment you arrive until the time of your final departure. This includes the All-Inclusive program, which remains active until your final departure from the hotel, even if your room check-out is earlier (e.g., 11:00 AM)

Check-out time has been defined to be till 11.00 AM.  For guests that would like to extend their stay we recommend contacting our reception desk 1 day prior to departure to be informed over availability & extra cost to be applied.

However, for guests that are planning to depart rather late, and they want to ensure that the room would be possible to be kept, we suggest that they should book in advance an overnight with their reservation.

Yes, all guests are required to pay the mandatory  Climate resilience fee directly at check-in, with the rate fluctuating seasonally between (April 1st to October 31st) €15.00 and (November 1st to March 31st) €4.00 per room, per night.

We have 2 Bungalows with classic garden view ( max. occupancy 2 adults ) specially designed and equipped, to accommodate persons with disabilities. These rooms are always on a request basis.

Please keep in mind that for the pools, we do not have special equipment like hydraulic chairs, pool lifts, access ladders, steps, or special pool ramps.
